These terms apply to all visitors, clients, course purchasers, and any other users of Kaspera's website and services.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be defined in a separate service agreement or statement of work signed by both parties. These Terms & Conditions govern all such engagements unless explicitly superseded by a written agreement.
Authorization: All penetration testing and security assessments are conducted only with explicit written authorization from the client. Kaspera will not perform any testing on systems, networks, or applications without proper written consent.
Kaspera offers self-paced online courses through our client portal. By purchasing a course, you agree to the following:

Kaspera reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in any activity that compromises the security or integrity of the platform.
Courses: Course fees are due at the time of purchase. Refunds for digital courses will be considered within 7 days of purchase if the course has not been substantially accessed (less than 20% completion). To request a refund, contact jason.lawrence@kaspera.net.
Security Services: Payment terms for service engagements are outlined in the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit may be required before work commences, with the remainder due upon delivery of the final report.
Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee and suspension of services.
Kaspera treats all client information, findings, and engagement details as strictly confidential. We will not disclose any client-specific information to third parties without written consent, except where required by law.
Clients agree to keep any Kaspera methodologies, tools, processes, and proprietary information shared during engagements confidential and not to use or disclose such information for competitive purposes.
All security findings, reports, and associated data generated during an engagement remain the property of the client and will not be retained by Kaspera beyond the agreed engagement period, except as required for legal compliance.
All content on the Kaspera website, including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and software, is the intellectual property of Kaspera or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Kaspera content without prior written permission.
Security reports and findings delivered to clients are owned by the client. Kaspera retains ownership of its proprietary testing methodologies, frameworks, and tools used to generate those reports.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaspera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, courses, or website.
Kaspera's total liability to any client for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific engagement.
Security Testing Disclaimer: While Kaspera takes every precaution to conduct security assessments safely, penetration testing carries inherent risks including potential disruption to systems. Kaspera is not liable for any unintended service disruptions that may result from authorized testing activities. Clients are advised to maintain current backups before any testing engagement.
Kaspera collects only the personal information necessary to provide our services, process payments, and communicate with clients. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Information collected may include name, email address, company name, phone number, and payment details. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers and Kaspera does not store full payment card details.

Kaspera reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients via email.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of Kaspera's services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible, or through appropriate legal proceedings if necessary.
